1. Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel scheduled appointments or services by providing at least 24 hours’ prior notice before the scheduled service time. Cancellation requests must be made via email or phone using the contact details below.

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may attract a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:

The service was not provided as described.
The service could not be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances from our side.

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days from the scheduled service date.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

Services that have been fully rendered or completed.
Consultation fees once the consultation has been provided.
Any treatment packages or sessions already utilized.

4. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. The actual time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

5. Partial Refunds

If a service or treatment package has been partially utilized, a partial refund may be issued at our sole discretion based on the remaining portion of the service.

6. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, strikes, or other force majeure events.

7. Governing Law

This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
